Just because someone disagrees doesn't necessarily mean they are trying to argue. They might be trying to understand why you think something. They might be trying to get you to talk about your reasoning.

Random Thoughts - Leaders

I do not have any place else to keep random thought. Then I thought of putting them here. I am not sure why they qualify as a deal and steal though. :)

I am thinking about leaders today. More specifically what makes people leaders? The conclusion I have come to is that a leader is a person that has to be able to take the heat and keep thinking.

If they are speaking they have to keep thinking so they do not say something stupid. If they are working they have to keep working so they cannot keep wrapped up in problems. They have to think.

That is one of the areas I have to work on. To be able to think clearly at all times.
