If you are a big woman like me you need to sign up on their mailing list. They have email too. I get the email and if you shop online the coupons are great.
I don't shop online so I am on their mailing list and that's what I use. I recently got a card with a coupon for $15.00 off of a $20.00 purchase.
If you get their mail go look!
